这是一个俄罗斯地图，里面有这样一个文件包（图1中最后那个文件名是俄语的），看起来像是报站，我就放到了报站文件的目录下面，但是并没有什么用，请问这个文件应该怎么用

那个IBIS小软件可能要配合OMSI程序一起用，具体怎么用，可以参考下txt里的英语翻译

Instructions
1. Launch the IBIS Informant
2. Press the Line-Kurs button
3. When the letter U flashes, press 1 on the IBIS, then press the IBIS Eingabe Quitt.
4. Now we need to select a direction.
5. To do this, press the Route button on the IBIS and press 1 or 2
depending on the direction of travel.
Route 8: 1 - 41 km (ring)
6. And press Eingabe Quitt again.
7. To check, press 5 on the IBIS. If everything is working, rewind the recording
(using the arrow keys on the IBIS).
8. Open OMSI and we're ready to go! To play recordings in the game, use the hotkey
tilde (~).
