Try to update your GeForce graphics driver. If it doesn't help, you have three options:
1. Try running the game in OpenGL mode.
2. Downgrade to the game version 1.35 (in beta branch)
3. Buy a PC with recent graphics card.
原文copy过来的。。这是是因为你的显卡完全不支持DX11.1（虽然说支持12）
你可以尝试上面的方法
升级显卡驱动
用OpenGL来玩
买新电脑
