FLORIPA FICTÍCIO 2020地图安装缺地块

本人在这个帖子http://bbs.18wos.org/viewthread.html?tid=196272&extra=page%3D1&page=1里下了地图，也按了顺序安装东西，重装了几遍还是会缺地块，求大佬能帮忙具体解答这地图的安装流程，附上logfile：
