* This will only work with CMR4 Retail Full v1.0 or v1.01

* The mouse is used for changing the camera angles; The mouse-wheel controls
the camera Roll, X and Y control Yaw and Pitch

* v1.1+ features preset views. The hotkeys for this are hard coded to the
numbers across the top of the keyboard (not the Function keys!)
To load a preset, press any number 0-9. To save a preset, hold down SHIFT
and press the number you want that view to be (0-9).

* if you are replacing an older version, also delete the old config.ini file

* v1.2 features ability to map joystick buttons. To set a button, open the
Control Settings window then choose your device on the top right. Then,
click on an action and just press a button on your controller or choose
a button from the dropdown list. (Axis input not supported yet)

* v1.3 features ability to change FOV (Field Of View) settings for both
  width and height

* preset # 1 is always loaded when changing view
