You can. If doesn't work, use my finished player_cars.xml ----> copy this to the city car driving/data/config. It is fully working and checked by me because I already play this game
you can check this with my YT channel. This warez is fully mine so it is working in 100%. I have windows 7 so if you have too you should do this:
Right click on the shortcut of the game and go to the compatibility ---> compare with windows xp (service pack3) and then tick the box on the bottom of the compatibility window: Run as Administrator. Done and fully working.
