Sceneryobjects\Buildings_MC\tank_3_esso.sco：  Many of these appear to be expansions or modifications of vanilla assets - for example, Sceneryobjects\Buildings_MC\portao.sco. Unfortunately, this makes them impossible to Google really. However, many items such as these are often bundled with maps.
"Sceneryobjects\Buildings\" objects SHOULD be included with Bowdenham v4 - so I'd recommend downloading that. It features a lot of stuff used by UK maps and is a self-contained download, so I'd recommend getting hold of that then re-running map tools. As to where you'd get that from, I'm not sure, as OzX is down.
EDIT: With the splines, most of those are Yufa splines, a quick Google should give you a result from Marcel's OMSI forum.（来自fellowsfilm）
